Hi Jason,

 Good to hear from you! I hope your Holiday Season goes well and you end up back in Bavaria soon as planned.

 Actually, 800 bottles on AutoShip earn you about double what you thought Ö approx $2,400 in the US. In Germany it may be different due to exchange rates etc.

 Iím attaching a PDF file of a few slides from Compensation Plan Intro track on the yellow STEMTech Biz DVD.

  These should give you a decent overview to train people with, without getting too complicated (Iíve left out specifics on the StepUp part of the plan because 1) it can be confusing and 2) it all happens naturally anyway if you just follow the 3 x 3 strategy outlined in the slides.

 As you will see, Iíve included slides on 1) the FastStart Bonus and 2) the AutoShip Bonus.

 Hereís an explanation of these Ö compare the notes below with the FastStart and AutoShip slides and you will see what I mean Ö

 FastStart Bonus

 (Please bear in mind that Iím talking in US dollars here Ö I donít know how much it is in Germany but Iím sure the EU office can tell you):

 Every time you enroll someone with a FastStart Pack, you earn $50 Ö your immediate upline Director earns $25 Ö and 5 the upline Directors above each earn $5.

 But when you become a Director, every time you enroll someone with a FastStart Pack you earn $50 + $25 = $75 and 5 the upline Directors above each earn $5.

 In other words, teach your people:

1) Enroll people with FastStart Packs, and

2) become a Director ASAP

 AutoShip Bonus:

 You can earn 7% on up to 7 levels, plus infinity bonuses.

 The number of levels you get paid on depends on:

 1) Your own AutoShip volume (includes your RetailDirect customers on AutoShip, if any)

2) The number of personal enrollees you have on AutoShip, and

3) Your groupís AutoShip Volume (ďOrganizational Point ValueĒ)

 To get paid 7% on 5 levels, you need:

 1) 2 bottles on AutoShip (100 PV)

2) 3 personal enrollees on AutoShip

3) 1,000 OPV Ö thatís 10 people on a 2-bottle AutoShip

 To get paid 7% on 7 levels, you need:

 1) 4 bottles on AutoShip (200 PV)

2) 5 personal enrollees on AutoShip

3) 5,000 OPV Ö thatís 50 people on a 2-bottle AutoShip

 In other words, teach your people:

1) Get on at least a 2-bottle AutoShip

2) Enroll at least 3 new distributors / month on AutoShip

3) Teach them to do the same

4) You earn approx $3 on each AutoShip bottle Ė so 800 bottles earns you about $2,400 (this is in the US Ö Germany may vary Ö check with the UK office)

 Mathematical illustration of how AutoShip Bonus works:

 If you got 3, who each got 3, and so on (thereís a slide on this near, the beginning) Ö

 Level 1: 3

Level 2: 3 x 3 = 9

Level 3: 9 x 3 = 27

Level 4: 27 x 3 = 81

Level 5: 81 x 3 = 243 people x 2 bottles/person = 486 bottles x 43.95 BV per bottle (thatís US Ö I donít know what Germany is) x 7% = $1,497

Level 6: 243 x 3 = 729

Level 7: 729 x 3 = 2187 people x 2 bottles/person = 4,374 bottles x 43.95 BV per bottle (thatís US Ö I donít know what Germany is) x 7% = $13,456
